adMare BioInnovations is an independant organisation based in the Technoparc Montreal. adMare’s vision is Canadian life sciences leading the world. The organisation is on a mission to realize this vision by building companies, building ecosystems, and building talent – and a thriving industry from sea to sea. Its 25+ portfolio companies have attracted more than $1.4B of investment capital, have a combined value of over $3B, and employ more than 900 Canadians. The adMare Academy has trained more than 260 alumni – 95% of whom are employed in the Canadian life sciences industry.
Building companies
adMare has specialized expertise, infrastructure, and investment capital to turn cutting-edge research into new Canadian life sciences companies.
adMare also provides these resources to existing life sciences companies to help them scale up.
Building ecosystems
The organisation builds dynamic ecosystems, such as its Montreal Innovation Centre, to enable the development of new made-in-Canada innovations and scale-up of Canadian life sciences companies.
It also builds dynamic digital ecosystems, like the adMare Community, to bring the Canadian life sciences sector together.
Building talent
Through the adMare Academy, the organisation trains the next generation of talent to drive the growth of Canada’s life sciences industry through its four distinct streams: Executive Institute, BioInnovation Scientist Program, Fellowship Program, and Undergraduate Institute.
