The REM attracts a major player at the Technoparc<\/h3>\n

BTB Real Estate Investment Trust announced the acquisition of two Technoparc office properties for $35.1 million. The buildings belonged to a consortium led by HOOP, an Ontario pension fund. The buildings in question are located at 7150 Alexander-Fleming\u00a0 <\/span>(53,000 sq. Ft.) and 2250 Alfred-Nobel (79,000 sq. Ft.). Les Affaires Event<\/h3>\n

In November, we hosted a delegation of various experts at the Technoparc as part of the Les Affaires event focusing on Technopoles and Industrial Parks. We did a global presentation on the Technoparc and on our \u00c9co-campus Hubert Reeves site. Also, we had the opportunity to visit two companies of the Technoparc: the NEOMED institute (life sciences) and the company SolidXperts (industry 4.0).
