PME MTL Centre-O<\/span>u<\/span>est<\/span><\/span><\/a>, one of the six <\/span>service hubs<\/span> of <\/span><\/span>PME MTL<\/span><\/span><\/a>, the <\/span><\/span>Ville de Montr\u00e9al<\/span><\/span><\/a>‘s business support network, in partnership with <\/span><\/span>Desjardins<\/span><\/span><\/a>, the <\/span><\/span>Centre d’expertise industrielle de Montr\u00e9al<\/span><\/span><\/a> (CEI MTL) and the <\/span><\/span>R\u00e9seau Mentorat Montr\u00e9al<\/span><\/span><\/a>, <\/span>announced the extension of the application period for the <\/span>TechPreneur<\/span> entrepreneurial contest.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row _builder_version=”4.12.1″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}”][et_pb_column type=”4_4″ _builder_version=”4.12.1″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}”][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.12.1″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}”]\n

The con<\/span>test<\/span> aims to encourage and support tomorrow’s technology leaders and is open to young companies <\/span>\u2013<\/span> less than 5 years old <\/span>\u2013<\/span> that design and\/or develop technological solutions or services, whether digital or electronic, and that wish to set up in the Technoparc Montr\u00e9al territory. The initiative aims to distribute $45,000 in grants and prizes and to support the winning company in its growth challenges.\u00a0<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.12.1″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}”]\n

Technoparc Montr\u00e9al, one of the largest concentrations of technology companies\u00a0<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/h2>\n

Located in the borough of Saint-Laurent and managed by the Ville de Montr\u00e9al, Technoparc Montr\u00e9al’s mission is to accelerate the growth and support the development of leading-edge technologies in three main sectors: life sciences, information and communication technologies, and aerospace. 85% of its 115 companies are technology companies working in fields as varied as biotechnology, robotics, design and engineering, security, information technology and telecommunications.
