A future-oriented company<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/h2>\n

Long before the pandemic, w<\/span>hen they founded\u00a0<\/span>Expandify<\/span>, it was clear to the two friends and co-founders, Jonathan Durante and Nicolas\u00a0<\/span>Buffone<\/span>, that the future of business<\/span>es<\/span>\u00a0was online.\u00a0<\/span>Yet Quebec and Canada have long lagged behind in e-commerce and it is only with COVID-19 that online sales have really taken off – with a\u00a0<\/span><\/span>118% increase in online sales<\/span><\/span><\/a>.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

But<\/span>\u00a0online competition is fierce. How do you stand out? This is where Jonathan and Nicolas come in. The two entrepreneurs are able to generate a significant increase in sales and a better return on investment with<\/span>\u00a0social media advertising<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>thanks to<\/span>\u00a0a\u00a0<\/span>customised<\/span>\u00a0program.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

At first, Jonathan and Nicolas offered numerous services such as content creation, website creation and community management, among others. They quickly realised that this was time-consuming and did not necessarily deliver the expected results. <\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row _builder_version=”4.10.8″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}”][et_pb_column type=”4_4″ _builder_version=”4.10.8″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}”][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.10.8″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}”]\n

So, they decided to specialise and focus on their strength: social media advertising. It is now how they stand out. Jonathan and Nicolas set up a 90-day program, an inbound contract for that period, instead of a traditional month-to-month contract. 90 days is\u00a0exactly\u00a0the time they need to test the market and to ensure the client a return on investment and therefore results.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Last but not least, in the midst of the pandemic, the two entrepreneurs decided to explore new markets and expand across the border to the United States. Today, over a year after their efforts to develop their business in the US, 60% of their customers come from there.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
