The organisation is on a mission to realize this vision by building companies, building ecosystems, and building talent \u2013 and a thriving industry from sea to sea. Its 25+ portfolio companies<\/strong> have attracted more than $1.4B of investment capital<\/strong>, have a combined value of over $3B<\/strong>, and employ more than 900 Canadians<\/strong>. The adMare Academy<\/a> has trained more than 260 alumni \u2013 95% of whom are employed in the Canadian life sciences
